Last Updated: 22-Oct-26
1. About these terms
These terms are a contract between SolwAI, Queen of the South Arena, Dumfries, DG2 9BA ("SolwAI", "we", "us") and you, the person using this-organiser ("you"). They cover the this-organiser app and any related services we provide.
By creating an account or using this-organiser, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully; you can download or print a copy at any time.
this-organiser is designed for personal use by individuals. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk) can explain those rights.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms.
2. Accounts and users
2.1 You must give accurate details when you register and keep them up to date.
2.2 Keep log-in details confidential. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
2.3 You must be 16 or over to use this-organiser.
3. Plans, fees and payment
3.1 Fees. You agree to pay the fees for the plan you choose, as shown on our pricing page when you sign up. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. [If a free plan is offered: the free plan has no charge and can be upgraded at any time.]
3.2 Billing. Subscriptions are billed [monthly / annually] in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Payments are taken by [payment provider].
3.3 Free trial. If we offer a free trial, it ends on the date shown. We will remind you at least [7] days before it ends and tell you what you will be charged. Unless you cancel before then, your paid plan starts and you will be billed.
3.4 Late payment. If a payment fails and is not resolved within [14] days of our reminder, we may suspend your account until it is paid.
3.5 Price changes. We may change our prices by giving you at least [30] days' notice. The new price applies from your next billing period. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
3.6 Cancelling your subscription. You can cancel at any time [in Settings > Billing], as easily as you signed up. Your plan continues until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.
3.7 Your 14-day right to cancel. By law you can cancel a new paid subscription within 14 days of starting it, for any reason. Tell us at [email protected] or use the cancel option in the app. We will refund you within 14 days, less a proportionate amount for any days of the paid service you used before cancelling, since you asked for it to start straight away.
3.8 Refunds. Apart from section 3.7, fees already paid are not refundable, except where these terms say otherwise or the law gives you a right to a refund (for example, if the service is faulty).

6.4 We may change, replace or withdraw AI features, or the provider behind them, as the technology develops.
7. Our intellectual property
7.1 this-organiser, including its software, design, text, logos and the SolwAI and this-organiser names, belongs to SolwAI or our licensors.
7.2 We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use this-organiser while these terms are in force. You may not copy, sell or redistribute the app.

8.3 We improve this-organiser over time and may add, change or remove features. If a change significantly reduces what you pay for, we will give you at least [30] days' notice, and you can cancel and receive a refund for any period paid but not used.
8.4 Changes to these terms. We may update these terms, for example to reflect changes in the law or the service. We will tell you about significant changes at least [30] days before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then and get a refund for any unused period.
9. Our responsibility to you
9.1 Your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital services must be provided with reasonable care and skill, and digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If we fall short, contact us and we will try to put it right; if we can't, you may be entitled to a refund.
9.2 Foreseeable loss. If we break these terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable when you agreed to these terms.
9.3 Personal use only. We provide this-organiser for personal use. If you use it for business purposes, we are not responsible for loss of profit, business, revenue or opportunity.
9.4 Damage to your device. If faulty digital content we supply damages a device or other digital content of yours, we will repair the damage or pay you compensation, unless the damage was caused by you not following our instructions or installing updates we provided free of charge.
9.5 What we don't limit. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.
10. Ending the contract
10.1 By you. You can stop using this-organiser and close your account at any time. Paid plans are handled as set out in section 3.
10.2 By us, for a serious breach. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms (for example section 4), or don't pay what you owe. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.
10.3 By us, with notice. We may stop providing this-organiser, or end your account for another reason, by giving you at least [60] days' notice. We will refund any fees paid for the period after it ends.
10.4 What happens next. When your account ends, you can export your content for [30] days (section 5.5). Sections that by their nature should continue, such as sections 7 and 9, still apply.
11. General
11.1 Complaints. If you have a problem, please contact us first at [email protected] and we will try to resolve it quickly.
11.2 Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, and will tell you if this happens. It will not reduce your rights. You may not transfer your account without our written agreement.
11.3 Events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If one happens, we will tell you and do what we can to limit the effect. If it continues for more than [30] days, you can cancel and receive a refund for any unused period.
11.4 Other terms. If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. Nobody else has rights under these terms.
11.5 Law and courts. These terms are governed by Scots law, and you can bring proceedings in the Scottish courts. If you live in England and Wales, you can also bring proceedings there; if you live in Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings there.
